
Ingredients :
Apple -1, Pear – 1, Medium sized Carrot – 1, Fresh Mint Leaves – little, Honey – to taste, Water
Procedure :
- Peel and chop apple, pear and carrot into cubes.
- Blend all these with mint leaves in a juicer and filter it.
- Add honey and water as per your taste.
- Serve chilled and consume at once.
