G For Gratitude: A To Z On Mindfulness For Newbies #StayMindfulWithMSN

Welcome to A To Z On Mindfulness For Newbies

The seventh letter to be explored in A To Z on Mindfulness For Newbies is G. G is for Gratitude.

I started practicing gratitude every day for the past three years. Gratitude is my root of joy. Paying attention to little things and saying thanks for all our blessings is the starting point to be mindful in our life.

“I Wake up everyday with a smile because I know I have something to be grateful for each day.”

  1. Gratitude is really very important in life. It is is only when we count our blessings we realize life isn’t so bad after all. Today I’m grateful for the day of rest I got after a long tiring week. 🙂

  2. Wow! That was indeed a wonderful thing to help a Phd student his topic. Congratulations on your son securing the third rank in exams. Yes, you are right. It keeps our spirits up if we look around and count our blessings.
