After signing up for the challenge for the first time, I was really excited and can’t keep calm. So I was listing out all my interests on various topics for deciding on the theme for the challenge. And the task was not easy as I thought. I was impressed with every topic listed and so decided to get help from my friends and readers. But I was pretty sure that I have to choose a theme on which I feel most comfortable.
Close your eyes. Take a deep breath. Inhale ……. Exhale ……. Gently ……. Mindfully ….. Slowly open your eyes.

I have been practicing mindfulness for the past three years. Mindful was my 2017 word of the year. Also, my posts on everyday practices for mindful moms got many appreciations and social shares. With that confidence, I created my first ecourse – “Free 5 Days ECourse On Be Mindful With MSN”, which was also a big hit. Hence I felt I have to share the learnings from my mindfulness practice to all my readers.
