I love the meditation apps I discovered a while back – its called Insight Timer and is perfect for my meditating needs. Will give this one a try though as you have detailed it out so well Vasantha.

As I type this comment, the Calm app is downloading on my mobile. Thanks for introducing this app. I strongly believe that being mindful of ones breathing brings in calm to ones system.
