Seven Days Healthy Recipe Marathon – Day Seven- 5 Star Detox Tea

Ingredients :

Ginger – 1 inch, Tulasi / Basil Leaves – 15, Dried Coriander Seeds – 1 tsp, Lime Juice – 1 tsp, Honey – to taste.

Procedure :

  1. Boil 2 cups of water,
  2. Add crushed ginger, tulasi and coriander seeds to boiling water.
  3. Boil for another 2 minutes.
  4. Filter and after 3 minutes, add lime juice and honey.
  5. Enjoy your sip slowly.
