
Ingredients :
Peeled & Cubed Watermelon – 4 cups, Crumbled Feta Cheese – 1/4 cup, Chopped Fresh Coriander Leaves – 1/4 cup, Salt – to taste, Coarsely Crushed Pepper – 1/4 tsp, Fresh Lime Juice – 1 tbsp, Olive Oil – 1 tbsp, Chopped Celery Leaves – Handful.
Procedure :
- On a large bowl, gently mix melon, feta cheese and coriander leaves.
- Sprinkle salt, pepper in a small bowl. Whisk lime juice and olive oil. Mix it well.
- Drizzle over salad.
- Decorate with Celery leaves and enjoy.

MY favorite suggestion :
Coriander leaves can be replaced with Mint Leaves. Chopped Cucumber Slices can add more richness to the salad.

I make a watermelon, mint and feta salad in the summer. This looks so refreshing! i don’t usually like to mix sweet and savory but this is a good mix.
