Seven Days Healthy Recipe Marathon – Day Two – Sweet And Savory Melon Salad

Ingredients :

Peeled & Cubed Watermelon – 4 cups, Crumbled Feta Cheese – 1/4 cup, Chopped Fresh Coriander Leaves – 1/4 cup, Salt – to taste, Coarsely Crushed Pepper – 1/4 tsp, Fresh Lime Juice – 1 tbsp, Olive Oil – 1 tbsp, Chopped Celery Leaves – Handful.

Procedure :

  1. On a large bowl, gently mix melon, feta cheese and coriander leaves.
  2. Sprinkle salt, pepper in a small bowl. Whisk lime juice and olive oil. Mix it well.
  3. Drizzle over salad.
  4. Decorate with Celery leaves and enjoy.

MY favorite suggestion :

Coriander leaves can be replaced with Mint Leaves. Chopped Cucumber Slices can add more richness to the salad.
