Go ahead, Corinne. But caution about weight … 😛
I would rather reserve for summer. Heard that chennai has worst summer.

Thank you so much Ramya … 🙂
For those (many in the United States have problems with milk, including a good friend of mine) who can not tolerate dairy milk, this should work well with almond milk. Sounds yummy.
You are correct Alana. Try and share your comments with me … 🙂

Why do you boil the milk? Just wondering. Why not just throw mango and milk/almond milk in blender?
Here we wont usually use processed milk. But we use mostly Cow milk only. So it has to be boiled and cooled. You can also do as suggested but the texture and taste differs a lit bit …
Miss mangoes! And I love mango milkshakes. This is how my Dad prepares. But maybe, he adds a pinch of cardamon powder to it. 🙂
Thanks for your suggestion. Really it would be so nice.
That looks very tempting and delicious. I really need to start making healthy shakes and smoothies like this. Thanks for sharing your recipe!
Try it Tracy. You will really love.
