Palkova or Milk Peda is my another favorite South Indian Sweet item. I was a big fan of this yummilious sweet even before joining my engineering graduation at Srivilliputhur, Tamilnadu. And being there for four years made me love this sweet more than anything.

Srivilliputhur Palkova
Srivilliputhur Palkova is a milk based sweet which is enriched with pure milk. It is also the authentic sweet of Tamilnadu. This utterly delicious sweet is made by simmering milk until it reduces to about half of its original quantity.

How I love these sweets! I can gobble a few at one go..I mean, I can eat at least a few one after the other….These are simply heavenly, and the one you have described here seems heavenly, too! I hope I get to savour these beauties some day!
