If you want to be active and young, then you should be willing to Have Fruit Fasting. Fruit Fasting is eating only fruits for 3 continuous days. You can include fruit juices also. It improves your metabolism, digestive system. It makes you look and feel young. You have to take 2 cups of fruits everyday. You may also choose variety of fruits based on season, taste, health benefits and of course cost.

Which type of fruits? Some sweet fruits can’t be too good right LOL I will try this fast out.
