The year 2017 started with more love, happiness, and memories. Always I feel grateful for my life. The list of things that made me smile more during January  …….

Friends : I was blessed to meet one of my blogger friend for the fist time. I would cherish this first blogger meet for my lifetime. I was really thrilled and excited to meet Kala of relax-N-rave. She made our day with her pleasant smile, unconditional love and lot of affection. I would add meeting of two friends paved the path for the friendship of two families. My love to Kala’s parents.

Celebrations : My hubby came for his holidays. So I really happy to celebrate this new year with him after 4 years. Celebrated Pongal in our traditional way. Also we celebrated my sister in law’s 60th birthday and my brother’s 36th birthday in a grand way. No need to mention that the fun, food and joy we shared.

Word Of The Year :  From last year I started to choose my word of the year. This year I have chosen MINDFUL as my word of the year. Thankful for all mindful moments in my life.

Blogging : My first article got published in mycity4kids. Really feeling grateful. Recognition is the highly paid moment for any bloggers. Thankful to Rakhi for recognising my writing and signing for an MoU with firstcry.comAlways writing for a social cause offer me higher satisfaction than anything. And I’m so glad that I participated in the #ISupportJallikattu initiated by Menaka Bharathi

Action Step For Gratitude :

Ask Yourself Three Questions.

Utilize the meditation technique known as Naikan, which involves reflecting on three questions: “What have I received from __?”, “What have I given to __?”, and “What troubles and difficulty have I caused?”
