Blurb About The eBook:
This ebook expands on the posts she wrote for the A to Z Challenge in April 2017, and is written in the style of how she would hold a conversation with you, or send a letter to a dear friend. She hopes you find this book to be interesting and fun, and an introduction to some wonderful healing tools. She shares with us her notes on the #AtoZofHealing – Beyond the ‘what’ they are, to what we can do with them & what the experience is like.
My Review For A to Z Of Healing:
This book is a collection of 26 Healing Methods written for A to Z Challenge. This is one of her two eBooks. The book discuss about various healing methods that are categorized into 6 different categories as
- Personal Wellness
- Environmental Wellness
- Healing Methods
- Spiritual Wellness
- Therapy
- Mental Wellness
Each chapter describes about the alternate healing methods in-depth. Among all chapters, I found the chapters – Affirmations, Om, Prayers, Journal Therapy, Laughter Therapy and Zen more interesting.
The author elaborates about each methods in more practical way. Also I loved the quotes quoted on each chapter. This eBook happens to be a retreat for a spiritual and mindful person like me. You can learn the art of healing, step by step through this eBook. After reading this, you will be able to celebrate your life filled with abundance.
It is believed that the first primordial sound produced at the time of creation was the syllable ‘OM’, and this became the first mantra.

In A Nutshell: Excellent eBook with simple and practical methods of healing.
My Rating: 4 / 5 – Editing and formatting needs improvement.
