Daily Tips : Chant OM Mantra

 

Chant “OM” Mantra everyday whenever possible. Its an energy medicine for stress. It helps to reduce mental stress, relax the body and affords steadiness in mind. Chant OM at least a few times daily for 15 to 20 minutes. I regularly do 21 OM chanting everyday morning with deep breaths.  It relaxes my mind and body and provides me the needed energy for that day.
