Gratitude makes sense of our past, brings peace for today, and creates a vision for tomorrow.
Melody Beattie
My gratitude post for February ’18 got delayed due to an unexpected loss in our family. But I feel it’s better to be late than never. We lost a young loving man in a road accident, fifteen days back. We were in a big shock and not able to think anything.
And I feel peace that they are able to get big support from our family. Each one of us is extending the best help in all possible ways to them. In spite of all these tragedies, I was able to continue my practice of Loving Kindness Meditation and be grateful for God’s plans. Now here I am to share my My February Gratitude List happily with you all …..
Grateful For February 2018
Grateful To My Eyesight
I am much grateful for the improvement in my eyesight after my surgery. The vision is so good, only that I have to use reading glasses for all my readings. Did I rant that I am getting old? No, I will never do. I wholeheartedly allow myself to grow younger by heart.
Grateful To My Blogging
Though I have not posted much during December and January, my Alexa Rating was good. Also I am doing #AlexaTheIncredible Challenge to improve still better. Also I have signed up for Blogging From A To Z April 2018 Challenge for the first time. And really excited about it.
Grateful To All Good Things Happened
My hobby was in a career break willingly to enjoy with the family for the past one year. And now he has decided to get back to his profession and got job as General Manager in a reputed firm at Chennai. My son was awarded with Bronze Medal for scoring school third in his IEO Exams.
Grateful For Special Pooja At Home
We did a special pooja at our home just to welcome more positivity. Iyyappa Pooja, Ganapathy Homam, Sudharshana Homam, Navagraha Homam, Bhagavathy Pooja and Sathru Samhara Pooja were the special poojas done. I was so happy that everything went fine and were blessed with god’s grace.
Do you have the attitude of being grateful? Have you ever felt the joy of being grateful? What are you grateful for today?

So sorry to hear about your loss, Vasantha! It is sad that this young man left the world so early and so untimely. I hope the family has been able to come to terms with it. Since you asked, gratitude remains a very essential part of my life even when I cannot note down the list in my journal. The thought of being grateful itself changes our paradigm about life.
