2.       What’s the parenting rule you never break?

There are no such rules. But, somehow we feel that the way we speak with kids should be polite and non-aggressive.

3.       And one rule you do break?

We (Me and my Husband), try to keep the same time for sleeping every night but somehow it never is the same.

4.       How do you spend time off for yourself?

Sometimes shopping or going to the salon. But at times I just enjoy reading interesting stories or articles on the net.

5.       What’s the best part of your day?

Every evening when I reach home after work and my daughter runs up to the door to see me. It’s just the best feeling.

  1. I love that they have the meal time ritual. I think it’s very important for a child to have quality family time everyday, and this is one such example. Such a sweet lady!

  2. I completely agree with the rule of bringing up kids polite and non aggressive. And I like the idea of dinner time together. It’s how I grew up too and still have fond memories of those times.

  3. What lovely parenting tips for inculcating such positive outlook and discipline in your kids life Srishti – more power to you!
Thanks Vasantha for sharing her story her – will check out her blog too!
