This Mom’s Life of Srishti Soni Narula
2. What’s the parenting rule you never break?
There are no such rules. But, somehow we feel that the way we speak with kids should be polite and non-aggressive.
3. And one rule you do break?
We (Me and my Husband), try to keep the same time for sleeping every night but somehow it never is the same.
4. How do you spend time off for yourself?
Sometimes shopping or going to the salon. But at times I just enjoy reading interesting stories or articles on the net.
5. What’s the best part of your day?
Every evening when I reach home after work and my daughter runs up to the door to see me. It’s just the best feeling.
6. What’s your favorite guilty pleasure?
Junk food and Desserts. I just can’t hold myself whenever I see pizzas, pasta, burgers, ice creams, etc. in front of me. I just go crazy.
7. What five things can always be found in your refrigerator?
Chocolates, milk, butter, fruits and ice cream.
8. What words describe you as a wife and a mom?
Happening and Welcoming.
9. Do you have a family ritual that you love?
We are punctual with dinner timings and expect everyone to be on the dinner table in order to have a family meal and family time. This basically teaches the kids the sense of discipline in their lives.
10. What are 3 best things you love to teach your child?
- Never lose hope and be happy in whatever you do.
- Discuss things with your parents.
- Be confident in whatever decisions you take.
