She has four kids ( Lucky she is ) Boy – 8 years old, Girl – 7 years old, Girl – 6 years old, Girl- 4 years old  & yes you read that right, a happy mother of 4!

She is working on editing a draft of a novel and dreams to be a published author one day. She prides herself on being a REAL mom on her blog because being a Mom isn’t always easy. She expresses as,

Being a Mom was always apart of the plan for her and she couldn’t live a day without having had her children. She adds that they are her heart and soul. She loves to post about this side of being a Mommy too. Her mother always told her that the title “Mom” is earned and she  was right.

Now its time for THis MOM’s Life :

1.       What three words describe you as a mother?

Nurturing – teaching – dependable (and sometimes crazy)

2.       What’s the parenting rule you never break?

You MUST brush & No children with Potty mouths – no cursing – for the kids 😉 

3.       And one rule you do break?

five more minutes for bedtime – one more cookie – this is the last warning  – you get the idea

4.       How do you spend time off for yourself?

writing, thinking about writing, reading, thinking about reading 🙂

5.       What’s the best part of your day?

Dinner time we all sit at the table, as a family. No toys, computers, phones. Just all six members of our family to talk about our day and share a good meal 🙂

6.       What’s your favourite guilty pleasure?

coffee, desert, coffee chocolate, coffee and skipping the gym 🙂 

7.       What five things can always be found in your refrigerator?

Apples – cheese – tomatoes-ranch dressing (my girls love to dip everything in ranch) – eggs 

8.       What words describe you as a wife and a mom?

desperate attempt to be neat lol  – affectionate – chef – partnership – team player – funny – silly – loving – caring – helpful – dependable- wacky – crazy- somewhat organized – supportive – loving – teaching – nurse – chauffeur – teacher – caring – loud  

9.       Do you have a family ritual that you love?

yes, please see #5.  I also love our family vacations and going to the kids sports games in the warmer weather. We all go to support the other and the kids play and buy ice cream off of the ice cream truck. Its a great outdoor, no computer, no tv, family day! 

10.   What are 3 best things you love to teach your child?

Hmm just 3?  ok , ok I would say – Respect, manners, good work ethic & family values  I know that’s 4 – I can’t help it!
