And in some days, heavy party food may make you feel dull and bloated. Also, some food will induce your nervous system so that you feel unrest. The food you eat will have a greater impact on your personality.

As April marks Stress Awareness Month, it’s important to take the time to learn more about the foods that relax your body, mind, and soul. Here are top 12 vegetarian foods that are good at building the inner calm and relax your mind.
Milk – Milk can be used as a mind relaxation food because it produces a calming effect on our minds. Just grab a glass of warm milk if you feel the need to relax your nerves. It is also rich in calcium that induces calmness.
Dark Chocolate – Dark chocolate regulates levels of the stress hormone cortisol and stabilizes metabolism. It also enhances nervous and hormonal system function.
