  2. I did hear about it and gave it a try, but I feel comfortable without it. But, it will surely help those unable to concentrate while meditating. it does have its merits.

  5. I have always been slightly doubtful about apps on meditation but I do need a good one for myself. I think I will try the one you have mentioned.
