Wow, What a wonderful October month. Feeling great even in the down times is awesome. I’m blessed that I’ve remembered to be grateful all the time. The list of things that I’m grateful for in my life …….

There Is Always Something To Be Grateful For …….

Friends: The month of October gifted me with friends, fun, and food. I am grateful to meet my friend Jayanthy Govindarajan in this blogosphere. Though she became my friend a few months back, her friendship is close to my heart.

Diwali Celebrations: October is a month of festivals and celebrations. And I love to celebrate them in a traditional way. So blessed for more solitude, grace, and blissfulness. Celebrated Diwali function in a very simple way as we lost one of our loving souls earlier this year.

#themindfulbreak Challenge: Excited to join #themindfulbreak challenge hosted by Shinjini  We are supposed to post a happy mindful moment every day for continuous 15 days. This gave me a chance to be mindful that made my life happier.

Blogging: Always writing about parenting and motherhood offer me higher satisfaction than anything. And I’m so glad that my post on My Parenting Mantra got featured at ProEves website. Really felt nostalgic and sentimental while writing the post “How Motherhood Made Me Feel The Navarasas Of Life?” for the blog train on motherhood. Also, I successfully completed Write Tribe Problogger Challenge in spite of functions, travel and internet issues.

Very much thankful to Rakhi for featuring me in her Blogger Interview series. For an aspiring blogger and a writer like me, getting mentioned in a veteran site is a precious gift. Thanks, Corinne for mentioning and encouraging me always.

Finding no words to express my excitement of becoming a published author. My book, “When You’re DONE Expecting” – an anthology by 100 moms in the world got published on October 13th and more happy that it’s in the Best Seller category on Amazon. Thanks to Parul Agarwal.

Surprise Trip: My hubby never failed in surprising me with his loving gestures. This time it was an awesome surprise trip to Kanyakumari. Though it was a short trip, I loved and enjoyed it because we had great family moments after a long time. And the weather too helped us to enjoy the best.

Dubai Trip: This was an exciting #allwomenfuntrip. Went on a short trip to Dubai and Abu Dhabi with 20 ladies from Inner Wheel Club. Thanks to my beloved Pitcha Mathini and Gayatri. A big kudos to Jeya Checi and Veila K Raja Mam for excellent arrangements for this #friendshiptour. Keep watching this space for more stories from my #DubaiDiaries and #vivistraveltales.

Do you practice gratitude? What are you grateful for? Have you ever felt the joy of being grateful? Waiting to read your gratitude list too …….. 🙂 🙂 🙂
