Daily Tips : Appreciate 3S and 2T

Do  body appreciation exercise. Think of your five senses. You can remember them with three S’s and two T’s: sight, sound, smell, taste, and touch. Think of one good thing that you experienced today for each of your five senses.
  • Sight: my sleeping son 
  • Sound: mystic music
  • Smell: jasmine flowers at my garden
  • Taste: tasty Venpongal I had in the morning
  • Touch: my hug pillow

Repeat this daily and you start loving your body and your life ….
