Don’t Sit – Avoid Sitting. If you love to sit for a long time, then surely it will destroy you. Sitting for a long time is the real killer for you. 

Simple Activities to avoid sitting :

  • Avoid sitting in the same posture for more than 40 minutes.
  • Take 5 minutes break – stand, walk, do simple workouts.
  • Increase your HDL by 20% by not sitting for long time.
  • Simply hop 5 times in between your works.
  • Walk to your neighbour / family member often.
  • Walk around the hall during commercial ad-breaks while watching TV.
  • Play hide and seek with your kids often while sitting at computer.
