Simple Activities to avoid sitting :
- Avoid sitting in the same posture for more than 40 minutes.
- Take 5 minutes break – stand, walk, do simple workouts.
- Increase your HDL by 20% by not sitting for long time.
- Simply hop 5 times in between your works.
- Walk to your neighbour / family member often.
- Walk around the hall during commercial ad-breaks while watching TV.
- Play hide and seek with your kids often while sitting at computer.
