• Take it in, inhale and exhale deeply, and really appreciate it.
• Feel the breeze on your skin, smell the season’s scents in the air, notice the colors and textures around you.
• Be with your child when he really ( silly or serious ) needs you. Cooking, Cleaning, Mailing – all can wait.
Once you are able to find joy in the moment and in the little things, it won’t take much to reconnect with that feeling!
