Try ABC Smoothie for starting your day.

Ingredients:  Apple – 1 (Small), Beetroot – Small sized piece, Carrot – 1( Small)

Recipe: Grind all together in mixer, filter it and enjoy at once. Thai’s it.

Serves: 2 – 3 persons

Variation: Add small piece of ginger, coriander leaves for different taste.

Benefits: Good for eyes, super antioxidant, rich in iron, gives instant energy.
